Wearing the correct Prestons Robins Little Athletics Centre uniform helps officials identify athletes quickly and ensures everyone meets Little Athletics NSW competition requirements.
Our official club uniform must be worn at all external competitions, including Zone, Region, State and Gala Days. We also encourage athletes to wear their club uniform at every Friday Night Competition.
What is our official uniform?

Our competition uniform consists of:
- Prestons Robins Club Singlet or Girls Crop Top
- Plain black shorts or approved club shorts
- Plain black tights (girls only, above the knee)
- Appropriate running shoes
All athletes must also wear their registration number and age patch in the correct positions.

Where do I place the registration patches?

Correct patch placement is compulsory for all competitions.
Registration Number
The McDonald’s Registration Number must be securely attached to the front centre of your uniform top.
- The registration number and McDonald’s logo must remain fully visible.
- The number is specific to the current season and must be replaced each year.
Coles Age Patch
The Coles Age Patch must be attached to the upper right-hand side of the uniform top.
- Do not cover the Prestons Robins logo.
- If required, the age patch may slightly overlap the red line of the registration number for smaller uniforms.
Important: Age patches are no longer attached to shorts or tights.
What shorts or tights can be worn?
Athletes must wear:
- Plain black shorts, bike shorts or approved club shorts.
- Girls may wear plain black compression tights, provided they do not extend below the knee.
- Boys wearing compression tights must wear plain black shorts over the top.
- Logos and coloured stitching should be avoided where possible.
What shoes should my child wear?
Appropriate running shoes must be worn for every event.
Football boots, cleats or unsuitable footwear are not permitted.
Spike Shoes
Spike shoes may only be worn in approved age groups and events.
Age Groups 6s to 9s
- Spike shoes are not permitted.
